❄️🥶 TEAM WINTER WELLNESS IS TAKING THE PLUNGE AGAIN! 🥶❄️
Last year, Ian and I did something completely outside our comfort zones and took part in the Winter Solstice Nude Swim in Canberra.
This year, we're inviting YOU to join us!
Yes, it's at Lake Burley Griffin. Yes, it will be bloody freezing. And yes, last year it was -11°C when we got up that morning! 😂
But this event is about so much more than the cold.
It's about challenging yourself, letting go of the year that's been, clearing the mind, cleansing the body, and stepping into the months ahead with courage, connection and purpose.
We're swimming as Team Winter Wellness and raising funds for Lifeline, supporting Australians through some of life's toughest moments.
🌊 We'd love to have a big Winter Wellness team this year!
Whether you're a regular cold-water enthusiast or someone looking to do something completely different, come and join us. The experience is unforgettable, the atmosphere is incredible, and you'll have a team cheering you on every step of the way.

💙 Can't make the swim? Donations are also greatly appreciated.
Who's brave enough to join us?
